•Green dal-200 gm |
•Green chilly-2 |
•Lemon-1 |
•Fresh grated Coconut -100 gms |
•Salt to taste |
•Cucumber-1 |
Seasoning: |
•Red Chilly -2 |
•Curry leaves hand picked |
•Asafetida–a pinch |
Method: |
Soak green dal for 1 hour, remove water and add chopped cucumber, add grated coconut, add lemon juice, add green chilly and salt. Season the mixture with 1 tsp oil, red chilly, curry leaves and a pinch of asafetida. |
